Chief Justice Wittmann and the dishonesty Insurance?

My question to you?

Do chief Justice Wittman of Calgary Court of Queen’s Bench  have or need Dishonesty Insurance? See below the application details for dishonesty Insurance and the web links to information on dishonesty Insurance. [ a favourite for rogue trustee and rogue lawyers dealing with Insolvency and bankruptcies ,and land ownership, and divorces, and health care problems., and repro’s]

The reason I ask this is because we all know that  Judges are not law makers under our English common law system, although Justice Wittman signed the rules of the court project (page 15 of the book) that included the draft act  named ” Judicature (Alberta Rules Of court) Amendment Act, 2009″  .(page 39 of the book and named bill 31 ). I believe this book was printed by the University printing press and not the queen’s printer.(a bypass- like the queen’s orders) The printer is not named in the book which is very unusual.

On page 40 of the book, it explains how the new court rules were enacted. IT EXPLAINS THAT THE JUDICATURE ACT IS AMENDED BY THIS ACT. [ CLEAR PROOF THAT AN ACT WAS INTRODUCED BY THE THE CHIEF JUSTICE AND ALL THE OTHER JUDGES NAMED IN THE BOOK. It goes on to say :  “the alberta rules of court means the alberta rules of court enacted by section 22.1.”.

Section 22.1 has an Explanatory note: ” This section proposes that the new alberta rules of the court be enacted by this section after publication of the rules in part 1 of the Alberta Gazette. This suggestion recognizes both the importance of the new rules as being worthy of enactment of the legistlature and ensures the validity of the new rules, avoiding the necessity of a validating section for the new rules like section 63 of the judicature act. Subsequent changes to the new rules would be made under section 22.2.

What happened here was the new act added (amendment) section 28.1 to the Judicature act, thus bypassing section section 63 of the Judicature act and section 25 of the court of queen’s bench act.

They amended (repealed) section 25 in this mess( corruption).[ rule 6.61- civil enforcement agency; direction to instructing creditor] [ the instructing creditor can be the civil enforcement agency; the repro man]

[ rule:  requisition for transfer of land- due to claim for possession of land{, means we want you in Calgary court house: one criminal lawyers states” stay away from the calgary court house; go anywhere but. I did , but the judge follows me to edmonton.]

ALBERTA CIVIL RIGHTS SAY (IN AN EMAIL) THAT JUSTICE WITTMAN SIGNED THE DOCUMENT BUT NOW THEY CAN NOT CONFIRM THE SOURCE. THE ONLY WAY TO CONFIRM THAT JUSTICE WITTMAN DID PERSONALLY SIGN IS TO SPEAK TO HIM. WONDER CAN I GET AROUND THE PRIVATIZED SHERIFFS.- THE ILLEGAL CIVIL ENFORCEMENT ACT.

ON page 39 it claims the new rules will be exempt from the regulations act, while on page 40 it says the rules will be in part 1 of the gazette; crazy, being exempt from the regulation act menas the rules do not have to be posted. The rules regulations were passed by order-in-council 255/10 and 256/10 but no true and certified copies can be found. The lieutenant governor’s office say it was done by the minister (denis). I am told to go see Chief Wittmann  to get copies. wow! Premier Notley says , it was done by court order; who is right and who is wrong? ; who is going to be shalkled or chained and made walk in the calgary stampede?
