Who is the official city clerk?
Who is the official city clerk?
PRINCIPLES OF LEGAL RESEARCH:
THE UNIVERSITY OF CALGARY LAW LIBRARY HAD RECENTLY REMOVED MANY COPIES OF THE CANADIAN ABRIDGMENTS TO THEIR STORAGE UNIT.
YOU CAN STILL GET THEM ON REQUEST.
You are correct. Alberta Sheriffs who are the Queens care takers in the court are not lawfully sworn in.They are sworn under a regulation of a (ministers) peace office act, an act and regulation that was never duly legislated. (old boys club)There is a reason why most persons working for the courts will not speak their name. What I witness many sheriffs doing should be considered a criminal code offence of overt acts, or even worst like possibly treason. An example of corruption ( perceived to be conspiracy while collaborating with Judges) is that the sheriff protect Judges who hear criminal cases that is out of their jurisdiction , such an example being domestic family disputes (assaults)only authorized under section 91(27) of the constitutional act of Canada to be heard by the superior court and especially not the CMO UNLAWFUL court. There is a reason why the Alberta provincial courts do not keep track of the number of criminal cases going through their section 92 courts and why they fail to keep a procedural sheet, and why they arrest persons who look at a hard copy of the docket. The reason is,they are making millions of many millions of cases that they do not want the public to know about. And, why do the police bypass the crown and send charge documents directly to the clerk of the court? The answer maybe in the criminal code schedule that explains that the clerk of the court can remove documents from the file. WONDER WHY THE CLERK AND THE JUDGE AND THE SHERIFFS GET SO UPSET WHEN I ASK FOR THE CLERKS NAME, OR SHOULD I ADMIT THE COURT CLERK BEING THE REGISTRY CLERK AT HE SAME TIME AND PLACE. Those crooks spent millions of our tax payer dollars to build a new building to house a business for themselves.

From the Federal Oath of Allegiance Act that says …read carefully and note the word “shall” is an imperative absolute.
(1) Every person who, either of his own accord or in compliance with any lawful requirement made of the person, or in obedience to the directions of any Act or law in force in Canada, except the Constitution Act, 1867 and the Citizenship Act, desires to take an oath of allegiance shall have administered and take the oath in the following form, and no other:
I, ……………….., do swear that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second, Queen of Canada, Her Heirs and Successors. So help me God. ( Notice no words saying “according to law”)

IF AS SAID, AND PROMOTED IN THE MEDIA,IF PEOPLE, IN A LIVING SO-CALLED CATASTROPHE, PEOPLE ARE TRAUMATIZED BY THE LOSS OF THEIR STUFF (MATERIAL THINGS), THEN WE MUST COME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT PEOPLE ARE TRAUMATIZED BY THE LOSS OF THEIR DREAMS AND THEIR GOALS IN THE ABSENCE OF STUFF, AS PROMISED BY THOSE DREAMS AS SO EVER DASHED BY THOSE CONTROLLING PROFESSIONALS WHO STRIVE TO CONTROL OUR MINDS, AND IN DOING SO, BY PREACHING TO US ,MAKE US BELIEVE THAT THOSE CATASTROPHE EVENTS CAUSE EMOTIONAL BEHAVIOR THAT IS RELATED TO MENTAL ILLNESS AND REQUIRE MEDICAL HELP WITH THE USE OF PRESCRIPTION DRUGS. it begs the question, do material needs cause mental illnesses, or is it the belief in mental illness causing our demise?

Below is an example of a well respected person who appear to fit all the positions as named above. I am not speaking of the person here I am only speaking of a position that person held. In doing a very short research( may turn into an investigation) , like ten minutes, I wonder if this person has ever spoke out on all the serious problems that I have discovered in the systems and in the businesses that I have previously investigated. This is not a complaint but only used as a tool to have us look at positions and weather or not those persons holding such positions spoke out, or should speak out, when they seen or been advised of problems or conflicts.
I found this position interesting because I had never known of her before (at east never focused on her- maybe over looked) while her position( article below) now show up in all the specific areas I had investigative involvement in.
Short point summary of this would include : the corruption identified at University of Calgary,(additional comment- lately I been told by U of C officials that the lawyers trained over the years has never been trained in civil procedure or has never learned to draft a contract on their own), the corruption surrounding trustees- bankruptcies- dishonesty insurance etc, the bogus laws surrounding suncor, the corruption surrounding the AHS and health trusts- charities/fundraising, corruption in the bone and joint policies (health), the corruption surrounding adult recovery (including institutions and jails)vs the epidemic of prescription drugs versus preventive health, the corruption surrounding Calgary lawyers, the corruption surrounding those who stick close to the queen while appearing to dislike her position (re: Fletcher File), the Calgary stampede (charitable and not for profit- pensions, etc) and its directors in conflict of interest (MAYOR AND COUNCILLORS), corruption surrounding homelessness , shelters, and homeless persons arrests, the corruption around fund raising for homeless and the professional advice mismanagement and money making, the corruption surrounding the 311 call centre, the corruption surrounding rotary, the hiding of city bylaws, the making of bogus laws, the ab companies act, removal of annotated criminal code from library(hard copies), the decision not to produce hard copies of law, only electronic, etc.
I have always wondered how many persons in so many high positions has not connected the dots to the giving professional legal advise and professional health advice being so dearly connected in such a way that it appears as greed and money making techniques for specific groups in our society; AS WE ALL KNOW LAWS ARE SPIDER WEBS WHERE THE BIG FLIES PASS, DO WE HAVE A CASE HERE THAT SHOULD BE FURTHER RESEARCHED, YOU BE THE JUDGE.
I am wondering now weather the old boys pulled the wool over Ms. McCaig’s eyes. After all she was well educated and must have know about the corruption otherwise.

Ann McCaig CM AOE LLD is one of Canada’s most prominent volunteers and advocates for youth, education and health. She is Chancellor Emeritus at the University of Calgary, having served as Chancellor from 1994 to 1998. Prior to serving as Chancellor, Mrs. McCaig was a member of the University’s Board of Governors for 10 years.
Mrs. McCaig is a Trustee of the $400 million Killam Estate, a Director of the Gairdner Foundation, the Chair of the Calgary Health Trust and the Alberta Adolescent Recovery Centre, as well as the Honorary Chair of the Alberta Bone and Joint Institute. She is a Director of the Calgary Stampede Foundation and serves on the Board of Suncor Energy. Mrs. McCaig has received numerous awards including an Honorary Doctor of Laws Degree from the University of Calgary and the University of Alberta, the University of Saskatchewan Alumni Humanitarian Award, the Queen Elizabeth Award, the 125th Confederation of Canada Award and the Alberta Order of Excellence. She is also a Member of the Order of Canada.
Ann McCaig is one of Canada’s most prominent leaders in the not-for-profit sector, a well-known advocate for youth, education and health and an accomplished fundraiser. She is passionate about developing strong healthy communities and works tirelessly to ensure the highest possible quality of life for future generations. In the last 20 years Ann has lead numerous successful, large goal capital campaigns for major institutions in Calgary including the Alberta Children’s Hospital campaign raising more than $52 million to help build a state-of-the-art pediatric facility in Calgary. She chairs the boards of the Alberta Adolescent Recovery Centre and the Calgary Stampede Foundation and is a long-time supporter of the City of Calgary’s Police Interpretive Centre. Ann is Chancellor Emeritus at the University of Calgary, Chair of the Calgary Health Trust, Honourary Chair of the Alberta Bone and Joint Health Institute, a Trustee of the $400 million Killam Estate and a Director of the Gairdner Foundation. Ann’s outstanding and exemplary community contributions have been recognized at local, provincial and national levels.
Ann McCaig is a dedicated volunteer who has made lasting contributions to Calgary, the province and the country. Her strongest accomplishments are seen in her work to strengthen and support post-secondary education and her eloquent advocacy of programs for children and youth.
Ann’s small town prairie upbringing lies at the root of her commitment to community service. Her early years in Saskatchewan centered around family, church and community. Ann’s mother and father, the local John Deere implement and Chrysler dealer, led by example. It was a world where, as Ann points out, “if you wanted something, you did it yourself. You raised the funds and had fun doing it.” This environment provided Ann with a powerful combination of traits – a sense of warmth and compassion for others, tempered with a healthy dose of determination, strength and self-sufficiency.
Ann earned a Bachelor of Education Degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1961 and moved to Calgary to teach English and history. She returned to Saskatchewan, where she married her first husband in 1962, and continued to teach for a short time before turning her attention to helping with her husband’s business and raising their three children: Roxanne, Jane and John. Ann also served as a youth counselor at Lakeview United Church in Regina and helped establish one of the city’s first group homes. That initiative was Ann’s first major fundraising project. Besides being a moving and rewarding experience, it showed her she had valuable skills to offer as a fundraiser and community advocate.
In 1970, Ann returned to Alberta with her young family and settled in Calgary. She enjoyed the energy and vitality of the city and valued its proximity to the Rocky Mountains, which have long served as a place of reflection and recreation for her. Ann’s first husband, Roger, died in 1976. She worked through the challenge of the following years with characteristic strength and determination, continuing to raise her young family and serve as a volunteer. She married Bud McCaig in 1984.
The same year Ann began a new chapter in her life with Bud, she also embarked on a new relationship with the University of Calgary. She was approached by her friend and mentor, Peter Lougheed, and asked to serve on the U of C’s board of governors. Although daunted, she accepted the position, spurred on by Peter’s insistence that it was “time to get to work.” And work, she did. She served on the board from 1984 to 1994 before becoming chancellor in 1995. With her characteristic dedication, she took on her new duties as a full-time job. At the end of her term in 1998, the university conferred upon her the title chancellor emeritus in recognition of her outstanding service to the school, which has also included co-chairing the Faculty of Management’s $13 million fundraising campaign and serving as vice-chair on the national Building on the Vision $40 million campaign. Ann continues to serve as one of the university’s most dedicated and passionate ambassadors.
Ann’s work to support post-secondary education in Alberta and across Canada includes service as a trustee of the Killam Estate. In this role, she helps to oversee the administration and distribution of scholarships to post-graduate students at Canadian universities, as well as Killam Fellowships and Prizes for Canada’s leading professors and scholars.
Ann’s passion for children and youth as well as her skill as a businesswoman, can be seen in her work as chair of the Alberta Adolescent Recovery Centre in Calgary. She is a dedicated supporter, advocate and fundraiser for the Centre, which provides residential treatment for youth aged 12 to 18 who are struggling with multiple addictions. Ann’s efforts are driven by the knowledge that it is a place some of its young residents have come to call “the last house on the block.” Ann is currently working on a fundraising project to expand the Centre’s capacity from its current limit of 30 residents.
Ann has also served as co-chair of Alberta Children’s Hospital’s All for One-All for Kids campaign, which raised $50 million for the new Calgary facility. She was Chair of the Calgary Zoo’s Tusks and Tails Ball, which raised $1 million over four years for education and conservation education at the zoo. Other community service duties include past chairperson of the Calgary Foundation, board member of the Banff Centre Foundation, director of the Calgary United Way, National Director of the Shaw Festival Niagara-On-The-Lake and Director of the Nature Conservancy of Canada. She has served on the board of Suncor Energy since 1995.
She is a recipient of the Canada 125 Award, the YWCA Woman of Distinction Lifetime Achievement Award and a Paul Harris Fellowship from Rotary International. In 2001, Ann received an Honourary Doctor of Laws Degree from the University of Calgary. In 2004, she was one of the inaugural recipients of the University of Calgary Education Partnership Award as part of the University’s Celebration of Excellence.
Ann often draws inspiration from the words of Eleanor Roosevelt, who said, “you must do the thing you think you cannot do.” Ann McCaig takes those words to heart. She doesn’t shy away from a challenge, preferring instead to roll up her sleeves and get to work. She has done a great many things to make her community, province and country a better place to live and, in doing so with such grace and passion, she has inspired others to do the same.

To all my Friends and Neighbors at FORT MAC.
I haven’t heard or seen it printed yet, but it is probably somewhere in the news that the largest town of Newfoundland is burning and people require help.
I am a Newfoundlander , live in Calgary, and I have background in Insurance law and Investigation. I will represent you for free of charge if you feel you require my support. I am not a practicing lawyer under the law society of Alberta, so I don’t need to follow their script.
I volunteer on anti corruption and may be able to assist you in the future if you have any problems with your insurance claims.
AS, you probably are aware in every catastrophic event in history, each and every insurance claim is judged on a case by case basis and as usual many are left completely out or not fully taken care off as they should be. All the people were advised that they would be taken care off in other disasters , but as we know years later all has not been taken care of as promised.
Some points I would like you to consider is the various amounts of other insurances that are available besides your own personal insurance.(hardship insurance/ natural events insurance, company insurance, and vehicle insurance as examples) and all the attachments they may have, or should have had.
Over the course of many years lawyers and courts have taken the attitude that it is the total responsibility of the insured(you) to make sure you correctly fill out your application , even though you may not be aware of or have privy to all the facts. They promote that it is your fault if you accidentally leave out or intentionally leave out important information that they believe is critical in the telling the truth of the facts in your application.and in the absence of any important information that the insurer believes to be value, they later when accessing your claim and reviewing your application he has the authority not to permit a claim.
In such cases what happen mostly is the insurer has the right to cancel the application before the claim is processed. In most cases they look for the pickiest of things, that they know you did not know. They rely on your ignorance of the law and your lack of due diligence, while you do not know of your legal defenses and its not the insurers right or obligation to inform you before you purchase.
Funny, after years of investigations and in keeping a watchful eye on authority figures (including lawyers) I have never seen a case where a lawyer (himself/herself) who had a personal claim through natural disaster has never got his/her claim properly processed and paid. MY BELIEF IS THAT, IT IS BECAUSE THEY KNOW THE LAW AND INSURANCE COMPANIES USUALLY KEEP ON THEIR GOOD SIDE AND THE LAW IN SUCH CASES.
When I speak of company Insurance , I don’t only mean your company , I mean there could also be insurance policies paid for by the big oil companies, as I understand that has happened in other places because the city and/or government MAY HAVE made a Company Town deal.
Another thing you can do (and in mind) is check on the amount of claim for travel, and accommodations (as long as you are out of your home), clothing etc. I say in mind because it may easier for you to understand the concept of home/fire insurance by comparison to your vehicle insurance, where the insurance pays for a rental. Check t see what extras you have on your vehicle insurance and credit card insurance and life insurance.
Lastly, if you feel you have been wronged and are not satisfied with amount paid on your claim or the handling of the process, you always have the right to sue the broker and the insurer.
With that said, in the past I have always noticed law suits are generally launched against the insurer and not the broker. IT IS IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO UNDERSTAND THE DUTY OF THE BROKER WHEN HE/SHE (COMPANY AND AGENT)ARE REPRESENTING YOU IN SEARCHING FOR THE PROPER INSURER.
In my experience I have always found the broker at fault for the mistakes. THIS MAY BE THE REASON WHY BROKERS ARE VERY RARELY MENTIONED AT ALL IN COURT CASES.
Insurance is a big business and the shareholders rights to profit take priority to your claims. Remember many lawyers, Judges, Politicians, Bankers , Corporations and the rich are shareholders.
Don’t forget to google past insurance claims made through natural disaster funds , like the bc fires, and the multi-millions paid to some owners in Calgary (flood) for their homes, MOSTLY REMEMBER THE GOVERNMENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR INSURING EVERYONE (EVEN IN CAR ACCIDENTS), SO DON’T ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE LEFT OUT.
Some governments don’t tell the truth and save the money for the established members.
Now, do you home work first, educate yourself, and don’t be fooled by bogus advice from insurance officials or lawyers who PLAY THE GAME for billing hours. Feel free to get in touch with me once you have done your home work and only if you feel you have come to a road block and are not being treated right. My job is worth more when I help educate the masses whereas then you can then educate others in law, so that you all can better protect yourself against unscrupulous (not honest or fair) professionals.
Yes, you can order a copy of all your insurance applications or review them at your insurers office. Don’t mix up the broker with the insurer, or a personal agent or company agent with an insurer. An insurance application holds much more extra important information that you don’t have on your insurance contract.
IT IS USUALLY THE INFORMATION ON THE APPLICATION THAT HAS CAUSE FOR CANCELLATION OF A CLAIM, NOT THE INFORMATION YOU SEE ON YOUR CONTRACT OR INSURANCE CARD. IT IS YOUR LEGAL RIGHT TO REVIEW THAT APPLICATION (WHOLE FILE) BEFORE YOU ACCEPT ANY CLAIM.
Insurance companies have a historical file on very property in Canada. That tells you that they know more about your property than you do, unless, maybe it was a newly built house and you are the original owner. I have not personally researched any property in Fort Mac but it would be interesting to know if Oil Companies or air lines have any rights, and what rights or encumbrances, right of ways, surface rights, etc. the city and/or other governments have.
Good Luck, and let’s make Canada great again, and embrace, be strong, look at the flames as your guiding light.

” the most important tools in ones life is to know the laws on insurance and health care, an easy concept, when we have law and health libraries all around us, while we waste the hours required when working on other wasteful agendas, file: texting and tv”.:
May 8,2016 post.
INTERESTING ARTICLE: In the sun news today may 8,2016, headlined as ” staking your claim”. it’s like someone answered to my post with additions of help for you. Be Sure you read this article and pay special attention to the words” claim is the homes market value” and “cash payout minus deprecation” and ” extra $170,000.00 on top” and $30,000.00 payment to an independent adjuster”. My warning to you is that you should never depend on the insurance companies adjuster. For most ,the scope of damage should be the same, such as everything loss, the insurer may use these words loosely and to their advantage. Lawyers would argue the meaning of those words for years in court, mostly for billing purposes and get away with it.
Remember the law is only law (law, regulation and policy) if it makes total common sense(can be understood by the common person in the absence of any mental disorder) and lawyers pour over new laws before they are made, then allow them to pass, although knowing of the flaws , such flaws they know could turn into billing hours in future.
ALWAYS REMEMBER WHEN APPLYING FOR INSURANCE , PLACE YOURSELF INTO THE POSITION AS IF YOU WERE MAKING A CLAIM; ASK ALL THE QUESTIONS SUCH AS , IS MY DOG INSURED, IS MY LOSS OF INCOME INSURED, ARE YOU (BROKER) INSURED, AND SAY I AM DEPENDING ON YOUR ADVICE FOR ANY CLAIMS THAT MAY ARISE IN THE FUTURE., AND DEPENDING ON YOUR ADVICE OF THE MEANINGS IN THE SMALL PRINT, AND IN THE INSURANCE CONTRACT THAT WILL BE BINDING ON ME.
YES, “KNOW YOUR POLICY” AND KNOW THE DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF YOUR BROKER BEFORE YOU PAY,DO NOT WAIT UNTIL AFTER YOU CLAIM. AVOID THE FRUSTRATIONS LIKE WE WITNESSED IN ALL THE HISTORICALLY CATASTROPHIC EVENTS.
